Culinary ArtsAt TSTC our culinary arts students gain real world experience through serving their community. We offer these meals not only to give our students experience, but to offer our locals something a little bit different in the way of fine cuisine. Each menu is specially prepared and served by our students on a Wednesday afternoon. At times we change up our menu style and offer either an a la carte menu, which means that menu items are priced separately and you only pay for what you want, or a prix fixe menu which means you get all of the courses for one very affordable price. We offer our Thursday evening meal in our Spring semester which is late January to April. Please keep your eye out for those menus. The menus are typically based upon cuisines from around the world and are a part of the student’s final semester coursework. We hope you enjoy eating with us, and we appreciate your support!

Before Making a ReservationPlease note that Tuesday dinners begin at 6pm and end at 7pm. Wednesday lunches begin at noon and end at 1pm. Please be on time for the meals as this is a learning environment and when you are late, the students are kept longer than their class schedule. Please inform us at least one hour prior to the meal if you are not able to make your reservation. Tips are shared and do not go directly to the student who served you.
