Culinary Arts

At TSTC our culinary arts students gain real world experience through serving their community. We offer these meals not only to give our students experience, but to offer our locals something a little bit different in the way of fine cuisine.

Each menu is specially prepared and served by our students on a Wednesday afternoon. At times we change up our menu style and offer either an a la carte menu, which means that menu items are priced separately and you only pay for what you want, or a prix fixe menu which means you get all of the courses for one very affordable price.

We offer our Thursday evening meal in our Spring semester which is late January to April. Please keep your eye out for those menus. The menus are typically based upon cuisines from around the world and are a part of the student’s final semester coursework.
